ภูมิหลังผู้ต้องหา: -
การกระทำที่ถูกกล่าวหา: 25 พฤษภาคม 2557 วรภพไปร่วมชุมนุมต่อต้านการรัฐประหารที่ร้านแมคโดนัล ห้างอัมรินทร์พลาซ่า แขวงลุมพินี เขตปทุมวัน กรุงเทพฯ โดยในวันนั้นผู้ร่วมชุมนุมได้ออกมาแสดงสัญลักษณ์ต่อต้านรัฐประหาร เช่นกิจกรรม "กินแมคต้านรัฐประหาร" ที่จัดขึ้นโดยกลุ่มวันอาทิตย์สีแดง ทั้งนี้ มีผู้ชุมนุมบางส่วนร่วมกันถือป้ายแสดงออกในการต่อต้านรัฐประหาร พร้อมตะโกนว่า "ทหารออกไป" ฯลฯ
พฤติการณ์การจับกุม:วรภพถูกจับกุมเมื่อวันที่ 31 พฤษภาคม 2557 โดยเจ้าหน้าที่ตำรวจนอกเครื่องแบบ ขณะกำลังเดินซื้อของอยู่ที่ห้างสรรพสินค้า Central World วรภพให้ความร่วมมือ เจ้าหน้าที่ตำรวจจึงได้พาตัวไปส่งให้กับทหารที่รออยู่บริเวณด้านหลังห้างฯ และพาไปสอบสวนที่สโมสรตำรวจ ถ.วิภาวดี ประมาณ 3 ชั่วโมง จากนั้นจึงพาตัวมาฝากขังที่กองบังคับการปราบปราม ถ.พหลโยธิน
ข้อหา: ฝ่าฝืนประกาศ คสช.ที่ 7/2557 ห้ามชุมนุมทางการเมือง
ความเคลื่อนไหว: 6 มิถุนายน 2557 เวลาประมาณ 13.30 น. ศาลทหารกรุงเทพฯ อนุญาตให้ประกันตัวนายวรภพ โดยใช้หลักทรัพย์ในการประกัน 40,000 บาท และมีเงื่อนไขห้ามชุมนุมทางการเมือง ห้ามแสดงความคิดเห็นทางการเมือง และห้ามเดินทางออกนอกประเทศ

Woraphop : Violating the NCPO’s order No.7/2557, concerning the prohibition of political demonstration
Accused : Woraphop (38 years old)
Background of accused : -
Alleged offence : On 25 May 2014, Woraphop attended the anti-the coup d’etat protest at McDonalds in the Amarin Plaza Mall, Lumpini subsidtrict, Pathum Wan district, Bangkok. On that day,
the protestors expressed the symbol of anti-the coup d’etat protest such as “eating McDonalds to anti the coup” set up by the Red Sunday Group.
Some of the protestors showed the papers expressing anti-the coup d’etat messages and signs, and clamoured against the military that “The military get out”, etc.
Circumstance of arrest : Woraphop was arrested by the plainclothes policemen on 31 May 2014, while he was shopping in the Central World Mall. Woraphop did not resist, the plainclothes policemen sent him to the military waiting behind the mall, he was sent to the Army Club Wiphawadee road for an investigation for around 3 hours. After that, as a temporary detention, he was detained at the crime suppression division.
Charge filed : Violating NCPO's order No.7/2557, concerning the prohibition of political demonstration
Progress of case : On 6 June 2014 around 1.30 PM, the military court Bangkok permitted to bail Woraphop out by 40,000 Thai Baht, with the prohibition for him to not attend any political rally, to not express political opinion and to not travel to another country.
