การกระทำที่ถูกกล่าวหา : เผยแพร่ข้อมูลที่มีเนื้อหาเข้าข่ายหมิ่นประมาทกษัตริย์
พฤติการณ์การจับกุม : เข้ารายงานตัว ณ ห้องจามจุรี สโมสรทหารบก เทเวศร์ ตามคำสั่ง คสช. ฉบับที่ 44/2557 โดยเข้ารายงานตัวในวันที่ 3 มิถุนายน 2557

ความเคลื่อนไหว : จากการสอบถามผู้เข้ารายงานตัวตามคำสั่ง คสช.ฉบับที่ 44/2557 คนอื่นๆ เล่าว่า ในขณะที่ผู้ถูกเรียกเข้ารายงานตัวคนอื่นๆ จากคำสั่งฉบับเดียวกันถูกสอบสวนเพียงครั้งเดียว นายเฉลียวถูกสอบสวนสามครั้ง โดยเป็นการสอบสวนด้วยเครื่องจับเท็จสองครั้ง
วันที่ 9 มิถุนายน 2557 หลังถูกควบคุมตัวครบ 7 วัน นายเฉลียวถูกนำตัวไปที่กองบังคับการปราบปรามอาชญากรรมทางเทคโนโลยี (ปอท.) เพื่อตั้งข้อหาตามประมวลกฎหมายอาญามาตรา 112 พนักงานสอบสวนอนุญาตให้กลับบ้านได้ในคืนนั้น โดยนัดหมายให้ไปพบกันที่ศาลอาญาในวันรุ่งขึ้นเพื่อขอฝากขังและยื่นขอประกันตัว
วันที่ 10 มิถุนายน 2557 เฉลียวและครอบครัวเดินทางไปที่ศาลอาญา พนักงานสอบสวนขอฝากขัง ขณะที่ญาติยื่นคำร้องพร้อมหลักทรัพย์มูลค่า 800,000 บาทเพื่อขอประกันตัว แต่ศาลสั่งไม่อนุญาตให้ประกันตัวเพราะเห็นว่าเป็นการเผยแพร่ต่อข้อมูล เป็นความผิดร้ายแรง เฉลียวจึงถูกถูกคุมขังที่เรือนจำพิเศษกรุงเทพ

Background of accused : Chaleaw is a tailor. He has never had a profile engaging in any political activities with any groups.
Alleged offence : Spread the information which is in the scope of lese majeste law via Socila Media such as Youtube and 4share.
Circumstance of arrest : He reported himself at Jamjuree room, the army club, Thewet road, according to the NCPO’s order No. 44/2557 on 3 June 2014.
Charge filed : Article 112, the criminal law
Progress of case : Someone who reports himself to the NCPO on the same day with Chaleaw told that while the other summoned people were investigated only 1 time, Chaleaw was investigated for 3 times including 2 times via detector.
On 9 June 2014, after 7 days of being detained, Chaleaw was taken to the technology crime suppression division (TCSD) to be charged with article 112 of the criminal law. The inquiry officer allowed Chaleaw to go back to his place in that night, and scheduled the next morning to go to the Ciminal Court at Ratchadapisek Road.
On 10 June 2014, Chaleaw and his family went to the Criminal Court at Ratchadapisek road. The inquiry officer submitted the request for the temporary detention while his wife and relatives submitted the request for bail with the property valued 800,000 Baht as a guarantee. But the court denied the bail and pointed out that this case was about the dissemination of information which is a severe offence. So Chaleaw was detained in the Bangkok Remand Prison.
