ผู้ต้องหา : จิตรา คชเดช
ภูมิหลังผู้ต้องหา : อดีตประธานสหภาพแรงงานไทรอัมพ์ เคยเป็นแกนนำเรียกร้องความเป็นธรรมให้กับคนงานที่ถูกเลิกจ้าง ปัจจุบันเป็นที่ปรึกษาสหภาพไทรอัมพ์ ในปี 2554 จิตราเคยมีชื่อเสียงจากการไปชูป้าย “ดีแต่พูด” ขณะที่นายอภิสิทธิ์เวชชาชีวะกำลังพูดอยู่บนเวทีเนื่องในงานวันสตรีสากล เคยลงสมัครรับเลือกตั้งเมื่อวันที่ 2 กุมภาพันธ์ 2557 ร่วมกับพรรคพลังประชาธิปไตย
การกระทำที่ถูกกล่าวหา : ฝ่าฝืนคำสั่ง/ประกาศ คสช.ฉบับที่ . 41/2557 ไม่มารายงานตัวตามกำหนด
พฤติการณ์การจับกุม : 1 มิถุนายน 2557 คสช. ออกคำสั่ง ฉบับที่ 44/2557เรียกให้บุคคลมารายงานตัวเพิ่มเติม โดยมีชื่อ จิตรา แต่จิตราไม่สามารถเดินทางมารายงานตัวได้ตามกำหนดเวลาเนื่องจากติดภารกิจที่ประเทศสวีเดนจาก ต่อมา จึงมีการออกหมายจับของศาลทหารกรุงเทพใต้ ที่ จก.9/2557 ลงวันที่ 8 มิถุนายน 2557 และเมื่อจิตราเดินทางกลับจากสวีเดนถึงสนามบินสุวรรณภูมิเมื่อเช้าวันที่ 13 มิถุนายน ก็ถูกตำรวจตรวจคนเข้าเมืองควบคุมตัวไว้

9มิถุนายน 2557ศาลทหารกรุงเทพอนุมัติหมายจับ
10 มิถุนายน 2557 ตัวแทนของจิตราเดินทางไปยื่นหนังสือต่อพลเอกประยุทธ์ จันทร์โอชา ที่หอประชุมกองทัพบก เทเวศน์ แจ้งว่าจิตราไม่มีเจตนาจะไม่มารายงานตัว แต่ติดภารกิจอยู่ที่สวีเดน และมีกำหนดจะเดินทางกลับในวันที่ 13 มิถุนายน 2557 และจะเดินทางมารายงานตัวทันที
13 มิถุนายน 2557 จิตราเดินทางมาถึงประเทศไทยและถูกจับกุมที่สนามบินสุวรรณภูมิ หลังจากนั้นถูกนำตัวไปขังไว้ที่กองบังคับการปราบปราม
14 มิถุนายน 2557 จิตราถูกนำตัวไปที่ศาลทหารกรุงเทพฯ เพื่อขอฝากขัง การดำเนินคดีเริ่มขึ้นเวลาประมาณ 11.00 น. หลังศาลสั่งอนุญาตให้ฝากขัง จิตราถูกนำตัวไปยังทัณฑสถานหญิงกลาง ขณะที่ทนายความจากศูนย์ทนายความเพื่อสิทธิมนุษยชน ยื่นเรื่องประกันตัวด้วยเงินสด 20,000 บาท
เวลาประมาณ 16.20 น. ศาลทหารมีคำสั่งอนุญาตปล่อยชั่วคราว จิตรา ผู้ต้องหาคดีไม่ไปรายงานตัว ด้วยหลักประกันเงินสด 20,000 บาท
เงื่อนไขสำหรับผู้ได้รับการประกันตัว ประกอบด้วย
1. ห้ามชุมนุมทางการเมืองอันก่อให้เกิดความไม่สงบ และห้ามแสดงความคิดเห็นด้วยวาจาหรือวิธีอื่นใด หรือทำเป็นหนังสือเพื่อให้เกิดความกระด้างกระเดื่องในหมู่ประชาชน
2.ให้ผู้ต้องหามารายงานตัวต่อศาลในวันที่ 19 มิ.ย.2557 เวลา 9.30 น.จากนั้นวันที่ 25 มิ.ย.นัดฟังคำพิจารณาว่าศาลจะให้ฝากขังต่อหรือไม่จิตราถูกปล่อยตัวที่ทัณฑสถานหญิงกลาง

วันที่ 25มิ.ย.57 ครบกำหนดที่พนักงานสอบสวนจากกองปราบปรามขออำนาจศาลฯ ฝากขังในผลัดแรก และได้ขอเป็นผลัดที่ 2 อีก 12 วัน นับตั้งแต่วันที่ 26 มิ.ย.-7 ก.ค. นี้ ซึ่งศาลได้อนุญาต เพื่อรอสอบพยานเพิ่มเติมและตรวจสอบประวัติอาชญากรของผู้ต้องหา ทั้งนี้ศาลอนุญาตปล่อยชั่วคราว ด้วยหลักประกันเงินสด 20,000 บาท
สำหรับเงื่อนไขผู้ได้รับการประกันตัว ประกอบด้วย 1. ห้ามชุมนุมทางการเมืองอันก่อให้เกิดความไม่สงบในราชอาณาจักร และห้ามแสดงความคิดเห็นด้วยวาจาหรือวิธีอื่นใด หรือทำเป็นหนังสือเพื่อให้เกิดความปั่นป่วนหรือกระด้างกระเดื่องในหมู่ประชาชน 2.ให้ผู้ต้องหามาวันที่ 7 ก.ค. นี้ นัดฟังคำพิจารณาว่าศาลจะให้ฝากขังผลัดต่อไปหรือไม่

ในวันที่7 ก.ค. 2557 หลังครบกำหนดที่พนักงานสอบสวนจากกองปราบปรามฝากขังในผลัดที่สอง เจ้าพนักงานจึงขอผลัดไปอีก 12 วันคือตั้งแต่วันที่ ตั้งแต่วันที่ 8 - 19 ก.ค. นี้ ซึ่งศาลได้อนุญาตอนุญาต เพื่อรอสอบพยานเพิ่มเติมและตรวจสอบประวัติอาชญากรของผู้ต้องหา ทั้งนี้ศาลอนุญาตปล่อยชั่วคราว ด้วยหลักประกันเงินสด 20,000 บาท

Accused: Jittra Cotchadet
Background of accused: Jittra is a former president of the Triumph Labour Union, and a reader to called for justice of a group of lay off workers. Currently, she is an advisor of the Triumph Labour Union. In 2011, Jittra Showed a paper with "only good with talking" up while Abhisit Vejjajiva was speaking on the stage at the International Women's Day. Jittra was candidated as a member of Democratic Force Party on 2 February 2014.
Alleged offence: Violating NCPO's order No.41/2014, for not comply with the NCPO's summon order.
Circumstance of arrest: On 1 June 2014, the NCPO issued an order no.44/2014, summoned Jittra to report but she can't complied with the order as she was aboard. On 8 June 2014, the Military Court issued an arest warrant against her. Jittra was arrested by the Immigration Police after arrived at Suvarnabhumi airport in the morning of 13 June.

Progress of the case :
On 1 June 2014, the NCPO issued the order No. 41/2014 summon Jittra to report.
On 3 June 2014, Jittra went to reported at The Royal Thai Embassy in Sweden but the embassy denied because the embassy doesn’t know what to do.
On 9 June 2014, The Military Court authorizedthe the arrest warrant.
On 10 June 2014, at Royal Thai Army Hall, Jittra’s representative went to report to Gen. Prayuth Chan-ocha to inform that Jittra doesn't want to avoid the order but she was doing her work in Sweden, she will come back to Thailand on 13 June 2014 to report, immediately.
On 13 June 2014, Jittra arrived at Suvarnabhumi Airport and was arrested there, after that she was taken to the Crime Suppression Division and was arrested there.
On 14 June 2014, Jittra was taken to the Military Court to request for further detention. The proceeding started around 11.00 AM. After the request was approved, Jittra was taken to The Central Women Correctional Institution for detention.
Around 4.20 PM by the help from Thai Lawyers for Human Rights Center, Jittra got a temporary release with 20,000 Bath for bailment.
The limitation for the temporary release’s accused:
1. Do not join in any political gathering and do not express any opinion through speech or the others way or public any press to make seditious among the poeple.
2. The accused has to report to the Military Court on 19 June 2014 at 9.30 AM, and on 25 June 2014 to hear a decision of a further detention's request. Jittra was released at the Central Women Correctional Institution.

On 25 June 2014, due the time of a warrant of a first further detention and a second further detention between 26 Jun - 7 July. However, the court approved a temporary release with 20,000 Bath for bailment.
