การกระทำที่ถูกกล่าวหา :  31 พฤษภาคม 2557 เวลา 13.00 น. ณัฐวุฒิสวมเสื้อสีฟ้าคาดขาวชูป้ายอิเล็คชั่น ออลลี่ ที่หน้าร้านแมคโดนัลด์ก่อนตำรวจนอกเครื่องแบบจะควบคุมตัวออกไปจากพื้นที

พฤติการณ์การจับกุม : ตำรวจเป็นผู้เข้าควบคุมตัวหลังนายณัฐวุฒิชูป้ายและนำตัวไปที่สอบสวนที่สน.ลุมพินี และถูกนำตัวไปควบคุมที่กองปราบปรามในวันเดียวกัน

ข้อหา : ฝ่าฝืนประกาศ คสช. ฉบับที่ 7/2557 ห้ามชุมนุมทางการเมือง

ความเคลื่อนไหว : ณัฐวุฒิถูกควบคุมตัวที่กองปราบจนถึงวันที่ 6 มิถุนายน 2557 ถูกตั้งข้อหาฝ่าฝืนประกาศ คสช. ฉบับที่ 7/2557 และนำตัวขึ้นศาลทหาร โดยศาลทหารอนุญาตให้ประกันตัว ในหลักทรัพย์ 40,000 บาท  มีเงื่อนไขห้ามชุมนุมทางการเมือง ห้ามแสดงความคิดเห็นทางการเมืองและห้ามออกนอกประเทศ

Accused: Nattawut

Background of the accused: a former member of Election Only Group

Alleged offence: On May 31, 2014, wearing a blue shirt with white stripes, Nattawut carried a sign of ‘Election Only’ in front of McDonald’s restaurant before being arrested by a plainclothes police officer.

Circumstance of Arrest: Nattawut was arrested by police officers and taken to Lumpini police station and detained at the office of the Crime Suppression Division on the same day.

Charge filed:  Violating NCPO's order No.7/2557, concerning the prohibition of political demonstration

Progress of case:  Nattawut had been detained at the office of the Crime Suppression Division until June 6, 2014, being charged with violating the NPCO’s order No.7/B.E.2557 (2014). The military court decided to release him on bail of THB 40,000. The court additionally set conditions for him to comply with while being temporary released. The prohibition includes not participating in political rally, not expressing political opinions or leaving the country.
